12 Trips in 12 Months

Feeling really inspired from blogger friend Alex Clegg over at TRVL101!

He has accepted the challenge to do 12 trips in 12 months, but the thing is that it doesn’t really have to be big trips. They can be day trips in your area! Or even a trip to that museum you’ve been wanting to go to.

How easy does that sound?!

I’ve decided to make a serious effort to do this as well. There are so many wonderful things right here in my home state of Georgia that deserves some blogger love. And who better to give that love than a native?

So 12 in 12?! Challenge accepted!!!

I’ve already got January taken care of as I was in Orlando, Florida earlier this month and was at the Birmingham Zoo this last Sunday. Who knows what will happen for the rest of the year!? The world’s longest Zip-Line is about 11 miles down the road…. Why not go tackle that some time?! I really want to have a GoPro for when I do that though. So if anyone would like to donate to the “Morgan Needs Money for Travel Supplies Fund” please let me know. Hahaha!! jk jk!!

Anyways! January! Check!

What would y’all like to see me do in February?! I am open to ANY and ALL ideas America wide! Tell me below! I want to hear from you!!!Β

  1. Have you been to Utah? Moab and Arches National Park is one of my favorite places on earth to visit. And of course, i’m from Oregon – so i always highly recommend it – so many natural wonders so close to vibrant fun city of Portland. Need more suggestions let me know!

    • I haven’t been to Utah, but I’ve heard WONDERFUL things about it!!! It’s definitely on my list of places to get to. And I am in love with Oregon. We road tripped from Seattle to San Francisco a couple summers ago, and I fell in love with the green trees and mountains. I could easily live there. Why does America have to be so dang big?! lol

  2. I like this idea so much, but I think it’s kinda cheating that I already have three trips planned, as well as two more in the works. πŸ˜› This needs to be on my repatriation to-do list, though, so that I can learn to live life to the fullest when i move back to America. Great idea, Morgan (and Alex)!

      • I have a pair of Bobs which I bought in Amsterdam (like Toms but from Sketchers) on my very first day as my shoes were hurting me. I LOVE THEM! They are the comfiest shoes i own – not the most ideal for this cold weather though, but I will definitely be wearing them when exploring Nice, Cannes and Monaco in June. I might switch to fancy sandals for the day in Monte Carlo though…. when in Rome πŸ™‚ Believe it or not, I don’t own any converse – I just don’t think they suit me…. am I mad?

      • You’re not mad!! πŸ™‚ I’ve heard of Bobs! Just never tried them. I still have my very first pair of Converse. I can’t make myself throw them away. Now that’s crazy haha
